At 11pm on 1/9/2014, while on duty (technical servicing for VN278-A351 from SGN to HAN), Duong Tuan Son (Mr.) and Nguyen Van Thi (Mr.) - 2 technical staffs working at VAECO’s Hanoi Ramp Maintenance Center, accidentally picked up a wallet that was left on the aircraft. The wallet had some important documents, US$4600 together with a large amount of Vietnamese dong (equivalent to hundreds of million of Vietnamese dong). They handed the wallet over to the Lost & Found Counter (NIAGS) in order to get it back to its owner. On 5/9/2014, the two technical staffs were praised and rewarded by VAECO’s Trade Union.
