At 3:00 PM on December 30, 2024, VAECO successfully completed the 1ICC + 2ICC scheduled maintenance check for a B787 aircraft operated by Korean Air (KE). The B787 maintenance project began on December 9, 2024, at VAECO's Ho Chi Minh maintenance facility under the close supervision of KE's technical experts. After 22 days of dedicated effort and professional execution, VAECO accomplished the complex maintenance tasks, meeting the highest standards of quality and on-time delivery as required by the customer.
This success marks a significant milestone in the partnership between VAECO and KE, further affirming VAECO's capabilities in aircraft maintenance within the region. It also stands out as a remarkable achievement concluding a year filled with milestones in 2024, paving the way for potential collaborations with other international airlines in the future.
