On June 10, 2024, VAECO completed the repair work of 02 Nacelle devices for Vietnam Airlines, marking a new milestone in the company's development of equipment repair capabilities.
Repairing Nacelle device requires advanced technology and precise skills. Completing the repair of 02 devices not only demonstrates the capacity of the VAECO engineering team but also enhances the company's reputation in the aviation industry.
Mr. Duong Van Tien – from the Structural repair team (HAN Base Maintenance Center), who directly participated in this process, said: "The repair is carried out in accordance with the standards of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) and the Federal Aviation Administration of America (FAA). The completed work is the result of the close guidance from leadership of all levels, collaboration among various company units as well as the efforts and professions of the Structural Team at HAN Base Maintenance Center. ”
This event affirms VAECO's ability to be autonomous in equipment maintenance and repair, helping to save time and transportation costs to foreign MROs. VAECO expects to continue to develop and expand services, meeting the increasing needs of the domestic and international aviation market.
